
Purpose: Leveraging Paid Ads for International Dental Education
The Hiossen AIC Brazil Live Surgery program was designed to offer entry-level implant dentists a unique opportunity to observe and practice advanced implant procedures in Brazil. To ensure this innovative course reached the right audience, we implemented a comprehensive paid ads strategy across digital channels, focusing on Meta Ads Manager to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Paid Ads Strategy and Execution
Our approach began with in-depth audience research to identify dental professionals most likely to benefit from international hands-on learning experiences. Using Meta Ads Manager, we set up targeted ad sets based on interests, professional qualifications, and geographic regions with high demand for dental education.
Key tactics included:
- A/B Creative Testing: We developed multiple ad creatives and messaging variations using Canva, allowing us to test which visuals and headlines resonated best with our target audience. This data-driven approach ensured our paid ads consistently delivered high engagement rates.
- Budget Pacing: Careful daily monitoring and adjustment of ad spend ensured optimal allocation of the advertising budget, maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS) throughout the campaign.
- Performance Optimization: By analyzing real-time data, we refined targeting parameters, paused underperforming ads, and scaled high-performing ad sets. This continuous optimization process is essential for any successful paid ads campaign.

- The course achieved a 100% sell-out rate within just 36 days of launch, surpassing all initial expectations.
